How We Started
Started with a cup of tea, and a search for balance.
7T House began in Al-Seef, Bahrain, as a small tea house built on a simple idea: food and drink should make you feel better, not worse. Our founder's answer to a stressful day was always the same — make the right tea. That habit grew into a full menu built around organic ingredients, honest recipes, and options for every kind of eater, vegan included.
Since opening, 7T House has grown into one of Al-Seef's go-to spots for quiet, focused work, relaxed breakfasts, and good coffee — without losing sight of why we started.
